EI is a valued and one of the most vital business skills because it allows you to manage your emotions and understand the feelings of others.

Financial Management

Knowing how to plan and execute money matters and teach your team to do the same are vital business skills. However, you don’t need to study like an accountant! A simple understanding of bank transactions, basic math, and filing tax returns is all you need to get started. Additionally, you can use apps like Quickbooks to help you along the way as your buiness grows. Filling in transactions manually takes some time. Luckily, these apps can link to bank accounts and even create tax returns for you!

Summary

Productivity and motivation on trips are business skills women need. However, women buinessowners can also use inherent soft skills such as communication. Of course, financial management is often overlooked, but it is a valuable skill for the solo female entrepreneur.
