7 Ways To Live Well When You Have Long-Term Injury

When our body works as it should, it can be easy to take it for granted. We just assume it’s going to be that way forever. But then, something happens and all hell breaks loose! In an instant, the full capability of your body is gone. Hopefully, you recover, but what if you don’t? What if your injury is permanent?
