New Year = New You…Right?  Spring-boarding off of yesterday’s post about self-renewal, let’s talk about some physical things you can do to truly create a better, healthier you in the upcoming months.  The following is a compilation of some of the best tips for detoxifying your mind, spirit, and body.  Happy New Year to everyone.  Be well-be beautiful!

No Way Out

When there is no avenue out for the build up of excess poisons, the body will filter these toxins into four other elimination channels – often referred to as back up units – which are the kidneys, liver, lungs and the skin.  When toxicity exists in any one of these four units, a cleansing of these particular organs would simply be an exchange from one to another unless the colon is clear and free through which to eliminate.

When the organs become loaded to their peak, the toxicity moves into the weakest link in the body.   Manifestations of illness will differ according to genetics at this point.  To focus on the symptoms would be unpractical for all purposes; it is the cause that creates the disturbance.  Begin by cleansing the colon.   A natural domino affect will follow.  Adding colon oxygenator will accelerate the process even further.   In addition, changing the body from acid to alkaline with chlorophyll and other green foods will establish more balance.

Watch What You Say

How many of you frequent these statements: “I’m so sick of this,” or “I always get the flu.”  Truthfully, you can bring negative things, including the flu, to yourself by your negative words.  Instead, try speaking in a more positive way.  “My immune system is getting stronger everyday.”  Fortunately, you don’t need soap to wash your mouth out…just pay attention.

What Do Enzymes Do?

Digestive enzymes are used with food. Systemic enzymes are used between meals, in order to “clean up the immune complexes and other junk floating around in the body.”

Detox in the Sauna

Everyone today is exposed to heavy metals and toxic chemicals. Particularly for slow metabolizers, a very good method to detoxify the body is the far-infrared sauna. Its dry, warming energy is highly compatible with the human body. It heats the tissues several inches deep, enhancing metabolic processes. One can construct an excellent home sauna for under $75.00.

Heating of the tissues enhances metabolic processes. Greater cellular energy production facilitates healing. Viruses, tumors and toxin-laden cells are weaker than normal cells. They tolerate heat poorly. Raising the body temperature causes infections to heal more quickly. Hyperthermia or fever therapy help combat infections and even cancer. Our bodies develop fever when ill to enhance metabolism and help kill germs.

Detoxification Golden Rule #1

The first and most important rule of cleansing and detoxification is CLEANSE THE BOWEL FIRST. This is very important!!! When you start any cleansing and detoxification routine, the built-up waste material that you are loosening up and flushing out, whether it is from your fat, blood, lymph, liver, whatever, well, the main way your body will get rid of this sludge is by dumping it into your bowel!

If you begin any detox program without first making sure that your bowel is working at peak efficiency and effectiveness, your detox program will dump all of this additional toxic waste into an already backed-up, overloaded, limping and sluggish system. So, you have to clean out, strengthen and get your bowel working efficiently, BEFORE you do any other type of cleansing, detoxification, fasting or flushing program.

About Kellie R. Stone

"I make no excuses for my diverse roles as a Rock Your Feminine Type Coach™ and Branding Expert, best-selling author, and crime thriller novelist. Yes, I do still chuckle a bit at the irony. I kick ass as a women’s biz coach by day and kill off vulnerable fiction characters at night. What the hell, it makes for some interesting dreams. I believe that everyone should pursue their passions no matter how out there they seem to be. One of those pure heart-fluttering passions for me has always been writing. Since I did, indeed, chase my dream of being a writer, I've published two non-fiction books in the self-development genre, co-authored an international best seller, and now I'm finally pushing my much-too-old-to-be-in-the-nest novel out the door and into the world. My whole world is empowering and I adore showing others how to live life unfiltered, whether I do that through the written word or my coaching work. I love my job!" ~Kellie R. Stone
