Oh, crap...this thing is halfway over! And, I wish I could say that I'd reached all of my mid-point goals - not so much, but I haven't given up. At least the challenge has prodded me to move closer to them. I did have a small epiphany this week though. In the overall picture of my health challenge, this week wasn't so bad; in terms of the short seven day period, it sucked. It was one laced with a horrible head cold and that same old PMS thing that kept me bloated and grumpy last month. The cold at least kept me popping my extra vitamin C, D, B, and drinking a deluge of liquids. I was reminded of how dry my throat was about every 15 minutes during the night from the inability to breathe through my nose.
