Wearing Poor Health Choices as a Badge of Honor

For so many business owners, sacrificing sleep, skipping lunch, or working through weekends becomes a weird source of pride. This mindset turns unhealthy habits into proof of “dedication” and drive. It’s that feeling of, “If I’m not grinding 24/7, I’m not doing enough.” But, in the end, this approach just drains energy and can even mess with focus. Again, this is mostly due to culture hustle.
