Making Life Rock

Our wonderfully made bodies and spirits are equipped with the best bells and whistles there are. We have the "guts" to get the glory. All we have to do is believe it and utilize the power in which we've been given.

Now that we understand exactly what I'm talking about, let's get to it. First, the need to be kind (without planning it) for some is apparent, while for others it might hesitantly sneak out after much deliberation...I said might.

A few things to share today - some rockin', new shoes, a way to ease chronic pain, and a blog post for all moms out there.

Just as the honorable, passionate woman brings beauty and love to the table, her counterpart, the naughty, greedy (equally passionate) gal can ruin your life and her own faster than you can say Desperate Housewives.

I was thinking the other day about what it's like to have a wonderful experience in a store or restaurant as opposed to a not-so-good one. You know them both well, I'm sure.

If you want something different, do something different...anything. Color your hair; change your bedtime to an hour earlier; don't let that bully at work push you around anymore. Change takes action - not that same old action that you've been taking though.

There aren't too many women out there who could say that they didn't need something, whether it be clothes, kitchen utensils, a man, a job, a car; it's human nature to expand their list of possessions.

Acknowledging even the smallest of gestures sent forth into our experience is one of the most satisfying things you can do. We've all heard the saying "stop and smell the roses."

Happiness, Love, Financial Abundance, Health - all things that most women want in their lives, but what about the details? How do you know what job or mate is best for you? How do you know when it's time to do something different?

If the worst thing that you waste on a daily basis is the last 3 oz of Coke in the bottom of the can, you can rest with no guilt. On the other hand, wasteful thinking is, well, a waste of time and a serious matter.
